Description
The S+80D Analyzer is applied to automated rice processing production lines. Combined with the cloud control server, it truly enables the construction of intelligent and unmanned factories for rice processing.It supports more than 30 full-index detection scenarios, including broken rice rate, chalky rice rate, yellow rice rate, bran retention rate, germ retention rate, spot rate, mixed grain rate and other key quality indicators. Relying on multi-dimensional imaging detection technology, it achieves all-round and intuitive quality inspection with no blind spots.The analyzer features dynamic loop detection within 2-3 minutes, with a single test sample of 200-500 grams. Large-sample detection ensures higher accuracy of test results for rice quality control.
It breaks down the early data silos between devices and establishes a closed-loop control system connecting the analyzer and color sorter.
