Up to 99.9% Shell Separation Accuracy! ANYSORT Showcases AI Macadamia Sorting Solutions at MacDay 2026

ANYSORT, as a Platinum Sponsor participated in SAMAC Macadamia Day 2026  from September 8 to September 22, 2026. Facing practical challenges in macadamia processing, including labor costs, product consistency and changing raw-material conditions, ANYSORT presented AI quality sorting solutions.

ANYSORT offers sorting solutions for different processing requirements, including the MK, MKD, AI X-Ray and Online Nuts Quality Analyzer. By combining multi-stage sorting and AI-powered sorting system, these solutions can simultaneously identify shape, color and size, giving nuts processors greater flexibility in designing their production lines.

At the event, ANYSORT also shared test results for different macadamia defect categories. The relevant tests achieved approximately 95% overall sorting accuracy, with shell separation accuracy reaching up to 99.9%. Test results for oil nuts, late stink bug and onion ring defects reached 97.56%, 95.33% and 95.46%, respectively.
