The M Series Tea AI sorter, powered by AI Multimodal Large Model and PLOV 3.0 architecture, integrates intelligent modeling with optimized physical design to thoroughly remove light impurities—hair, plastic, feathers, insects, thread—from tea, coffee, TCMs and nuts, solving a long-standing industry challenge.

Description

The M Series Tea Multifunctional Impurity Removal and Grading Integrated Quality Sorting AI Super Agent, powered by the AI Quality Sorting Multimodal Large Model and the brand-new PLOV 3.0 industrial design architecture, are developed based on the material characteristics of light impurities. By integrating AI modeling with optimized physical structure design, it can perfectly resolve the long-standing industry challenge of thoroughly removing light impurities from materials such as tea, coffee, traditional Chinese medicines, and nuts,including hair, woven bag fragments, feathers, plastic scraps, insects, thread and other light impurities.

1.AI Ultra-Macro Dual-View Technology features a single-channel side-by-side dual-view camera. Leveraging ultra-high-resolution imaging via telephoto lenses, it achieves precision levels capable of clearly identifying fine details as tiny as human hair strands.

2.It is applicable to materials such as tea, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, nuts, traditional Chinese medicines, chili peppers, and freeze-dried products, enabling precision sorting and grading by color, shape, and size to meet customers’ customized requirements.

3.Designed specifically for lightweight impurities, can accurately remove hundreds of types of light and tiny foreign matters—including hair strands, fine woven tape, broom bristles, feathers, small insects. Boasting an impurity removal rate of >99.9%, it effectively prevents customer complaints and product returns.
