ANYSORT DF Series Tea Color Sorter Technology Tackled the Global Tea Sorting Insect Challenge

After China's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), the country launched the "Top 500 Enterprises Initiative", prompting domestic companies to accelerate their integration into the global market. Determined to turn the tide, he led his team to conduct in-depth research into Sri Lanka's black tea industry, where they uncovered a long-standing pain point: the alarmingly high rate of rejected tea shipments caused by small flying insects mixed in during the tea roasting process. Back then, no effective solution existed anywhere in the world.

"If ANYSORT wants to go global, we must take on this formidable challenge!" Mr. Gao vowed silently.

Upon returning to China, Mr. Gao immediately mobilized his team to launch an intensive R&D drive. Identifying tiny soft-bodied insects proved to be an unprecedented technical hurdle, forcing the R&D team to proceed cautiously through countless trials and experiments—learning by doing every step of the way.

After 13 months of relentless R&D efforts and breakthroughs in multiple hardware and software technologies, ANYORT finally developed the world's first sorter capable of detecting soft-bodied insects independently. The groundbreaking product line was named "DF Series".

At a subsequent trade show in Sri Lanka, the debut of the DF Series caused an immediate sensation. Exhibitors and visitors alike praised its outstanding performance and exquisite craftsmanship.
