"Tea" Insight in Huangshan: ANYSORT Strength Behind Industrialization Sample
Release Date:2026-07-01 Source: Number of views:6
From June 25 to 26, an in-depth survey focusing on the intelligent upgrading of China's tea industry kicked off in Huangshan, Anhui.
Hosted by Tea Weekly of China Cooperation Times, this event saw representatives from over 20 tea enterprises across the country visit benchmark tea enterprises including Xie Yuda Tea, Xiaoguan Tea "Super Factory" and Huangshan Hydraulic Tea Industry to explore new paths for the intelligent development of the tea industry. Anhui Jiexun Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. participated in the whole process as a technology enabler.

Three benchmarks outline the diversified landscape of the tea industry.
At the first stop of the survey, the Operation Director of Huangshan Hydraulic Tea Industry shared how to serve over 100,000 terminal tea brands with an industrialization mindset and transform from a tea raw material supplier into a provider of one-stop sorting solutions for new tea product development.

Xie Mingzhi, Chairman of Xie Yuda Tea, reviewed the company's journey of transforming from a premium tea brand to a raw material supply chain provider. He stated bluntly: "In the long run, full-chain smart factories represent the industry's general trend, and traditional handcrafted premium teas will move towards a niche high-end segment in the future."

Xiaoguan Tea showcased the implementation outcomes of Industry 4.0. Li Huajin, Director of the Raw Tea Leaf Center, introduced that the Huangshan factory had built a 4.0 intelligent production line, and branches in Fujian, Yunnan, Guangxi and other regions had simultaneously deployed automated refining production lines, realizing an integrated full process from fresh leaf primary processing, refining, sub-packaging to warehousing, greatly enhancing production efficiency and quality stability.

ANYSORT Quality Sorting, a New Engine for the Tea Industry
As the technical enabler for this survey, Chen Zhenlin, General Manager of Anhui Jiexun Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., elaborated on the core value of intelligent sorting in the industrialization of the tea industry:
Having been deeply engaged in the sorting field for years, ANYSORT pioneered the tea processing technique of "Two-stage Sorting for Machine-harvested and Mechanically-processed Tea": At the fresh leaf pre-screening stage, the AI quality sorter controls raw material quality from the source, laying a solid foundation for tea's taste, aroma, color and food safety. At the dry tea processing stage, impurities and foreign objects are precisely removed, sensory quality and physical and chemical indicators are standardized, ensuring each batch of tea meets stable industrial-grade standards.

More notably, the launch of Jiexun Cloud Control 2.0 will deeply integrate digitalization, intelligence and industrialization, driving the transformation of tea from traditional "agricultural and sideline products" to "raw materials for the tea food industry", thereby fostering a new business profit model. Chen Zhenlin said: "ANYSORT is providing underlying technical support for the standardization of Chinese tea with its AI-powered intelligent sorting solutions, enabling the industry to shift from 'relying on experience' to 'relying on data'."
Starting from Huangshan, Witness the Industrial Future of Chinese Tea

Xie Yuda's transformation strategies, Xiaoguan Tea's intelligent production lines, Hydraulic Tea's supply chain services, and the full-process technical empowerment provided by ANYSORT quality sorting together demonstrate the diverse paths and infinite possibilities for the industrial transformation of China's tea industry. This survey tour was not only an industry exchange, but also presented a consensus-building exercise on development direction. With in-depth integration of technology, Chinese tea can not only preserve its cultural roots, but also gain a stronger voice in the global market through standards, quality and efficiency.
